LSR Performance Training is additional training that runs in tandem with the main LSR weekly training. It aimed at trainees 2011 YoB+ (U12/14) and has a strong focus on more technical aspects of training, with more drills and tech work. There will be gate training in the sessions as well, but there will be a much stronger emphasis outside of the gates. Sessions run 19:00-21:00 (2hrs) on a Friday evening. This is open to LSR Members 21/22 2009 YoB (U14+) from any training night and to LSR Members 21/22 2010/11 YoB (U12) from Thursday Night only and is limited to just one group on the hill. LSR Performance Training runs alongside the LSR weekly training and is not an alternate training night.
