Camp notes

All children must be over 8 years old and existing members of LSR (2019/20). Please note that no one under the age of 8 is allowed on site at all.

Each trainee will be allocated a space, for their kit and getting ready (its a chair in a 2m/2m space).  This is their designated space.

Chair lift only. It is preferential to have own kit, but can hired if required.

Everyone must follow the centre COVID-19 guidelines, zero tolerance. 2m social distancing for all.  Though kids can interact with each other and share chairlifts.  Coaches will stay 2m away from trainees. Hand sanitiser must be used when entering and exiting a building.  When you have been through the hire once, you are not allowed back in.

First aid can only be carried out by Hillend only, unless it's deemed as life threatening (such as CPR or catastrophic bleeding). This is in line with St Johns Ambulance COVID-19 guidelines.

No committee members or parents permitted beyond the car park.  Only trainees and coaches permitted beyond the car park.  Anyone in carpark must maintain minimum 2m distancing.

Parents of children under the age of 12 must remain within 5mins of the slope for emergency purposes.

Payment must be made online - we are NOT accepting bank transfers. There is no charge for using the online payment system.
